Very dramatic and very versitile, this William DeLillo necklace is is a choker, a pendant-necklace, and a brooch (this necessitates prying open the two rings that attach the pendant to the choker) If worn as a pendant-necklace, the pin fastener can be secured to fabric to hold the pendant in place. This ingeneous piece was designed by Robert Clark, former chief designer for Miriam Haskell. This piece was purchased from Mr. Clark and Mr. DeLillo, and was part of their personal collection. It is very chunky, heavily gold plated with enormous crystal clear rhinestones in the pendant. The choker is 10" around with an open back which permits adjustment. The pendant is 4" by 4" and 3/4" deep. The De Lillo plaque is on the back of the pendant and also on the choker.
