Designed by Frank Hess for Haskell in the 1950's, perhaps earlier. This elegant set has the old Haskell horseshoe name plate on the back of the brooch (see picture).Beautiful glass flowers with matching blue pronged rhinestones and beads. Double filigree backing. Brooch is 2 3/4" by 2 3/4", clip earrings are 1 1/2
by 1 1/4".
